"APPLIED SERVICE MAINTENANCE" After working with several utilities and steel mills servicing their material handling systems, rubber lining installations and the replacement of duct expansion joints, it became apparent that we could offer a program that would meet the following objectives: 1. Provide input for forecasting and budgeting by assisting in outage inspections with plant personnel. 2. Reduce downtime and maintenance costs by frequent inspections on a system by system basis to avoid breakdowns or equipment damage. 3. Provide a data sheet to assist in maintaining respective systems. 4. By the reduction of plant engineering, administrative, and in-plant man hour requirements this "APPLIED SERVICE MAINTENANCE" can prove to be a cost effective program. |
